Box 499, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Lutengeya Situma, who died at Milima, on 20th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2022 By Rosalid Mirigo Kuru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Odenyi Matini, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2023 By (1) Joyce Obwoya Asengi and (2) Martin Nyongesa Wanyama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Simiyu Wanyama, who died at Lifecare Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
