TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 230 OF 2022 By John Makayo Kitui, of P.O. Box 1780, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Wanyonyi Makayo, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2023 By Joseph Wamalwa Taracha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Taracha Kalabai alias Taracha Kalabai, who died at Bituyu, on 4th September, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
