TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2023 By Enerieta Atsini Mmbuni, of P.O. Box 83, Chavakali in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mbuni Lisenji alias Jackson Mbuni Lusenji, who died at Shabwali, on 16th January, 2009. 24th March, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2023 By Moses Otunga Musyomi, of P.O. Box 2395, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfayo Muhatia Isohe alias Muhatia Isohe, who died at Shisembe, on 19th October, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
