TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2022 By Kavutha Kimonyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimonyo Kiliku Muni, who died at Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa in Kenya, on 24th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By (1) Leonard Karisa Kenga and (2) Roman Chome Ngala, both of P.O. Box 935–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwenda Fondo Kirimo, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
