TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2022 By (1) Marion Wambui Mungai and (2) Angela Mutio Mulei, both of P.O. Box 99–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mulei Mwangulu, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Maureen Mwikali Mwanthi, (2) George Mutunga Mwanthi and (3) Benjamin Kyalo Mwanthi, all of P.O. Box 27–90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Mwanthi Kisangi, who died at Ngoni, on 1st September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
