E17 OF 2022 By Veronicah Wangui Ndirangu, the deceased’s wiodw, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndirangu Kiiru, who died at Nyahururu, on 20th Jnauary, 2022. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By (1) Victor Kuria Kariuki, (2) Jane Njeri Kibunja, (3) Margaret Wanjiku Kariuki and (4) Peter Juma Kuriah Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 22124, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Kuria, who died at Nyahururu, on 27th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2022 By (1) Victor Kuria Kariuki, (2) Jane Njeri Kibunja, (3) Margaret Wanjiku Kariuki and (4) Peter Juma Kuriah Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 22124, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronicah Wairimu Kariuki alias Veronica Wairimu Kariuki, who died at Nyahururu, on 8th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) George Macharia Kariuki and (2) Simon Wangai Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 29, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Kariuki Murage, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 19th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
