TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th March, 2023 CAUSE NO. E446 OF 2023 By Mohamed Iqbal Rehman, of P.O. Box 30120–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Otwal & Manwa Associate, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sugra Begum, late of Kilimani, who died at Cosmopolitan, on 23rd April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
