NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 456, in Volume B-13, Folio 2267/19287, File No. 1637, by our client, Mercy Mwarah Deche (guardian), of P.O. Box 86614, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Arnold Junior Faraja Deche (minor), formerly known as Arnold Junior Deche, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Arnold Junior Deche, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Arnold Junior Faraja Deche, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Arnold Junior Faraja Deche only.
