NOTICE is given that by a deed poll 6th March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1285, in Volume DI, Folio 80/1054, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Zachariah Kinuthia Kimani, of P.O. Box 670, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formally known as Leroy Zack Ghezzal Kimani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Leroy Zack Ghezzal Kimani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name of Zachariah Kinuthia Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and describe him by his assumed name Zachariah Kinuthia Kimani only.
