THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Mbogo Njagi, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.081 and 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title Nos. Kagaari/Kanja/4265 and Ngandori/Kirigi/8100, respectively, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu, in civil suit No. 6 of 2013, has ordered that the said pieces of land registered in the name of David Mbogo Njagi be registered in the name of Catherine Njoki Gutu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued to David Mbogo Njagi in respect of the said pieces of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said pieces of land, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said David Mbogo Njagi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
