REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Pete Awino (deceased), of P.O. Box 335, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Rachuonyo South, known as C. Kasipul/Sino/996, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Oyugis in succession cause No. 562 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of Philemon Otieno Pete, of P.O. Box 335, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier in respect of the piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L. R. A. 39 and issue land title deed to Philemon Otieno Pete, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Pete Awino (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
