THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Okindo Majiwa, of P.O. Box 17, Kosele in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 1.9 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, registered under the title No. C. Kasipul/Sino/53, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said 1730 1730 land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
