REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Berneschi Ciro, of P.O. Box 715, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0734 hactare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No 1047, Kilifi, situate in Watamu in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 45331, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and the administrator of the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under the provisions of section 33 (3).
