REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jumaa Tsuma Haji, (2) Hamad Ali Mohamed and (3) Jumaa Ali Mohamed Chahilu Onzere, as administartors of the estate of Mohamed Hamisi Mohamed (deceased), of P.O. Box 54– 80109, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 68.5 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 39/IV/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 7111/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
