REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Alex Mwatela Farra and (2) Ruth Kadzo Farra, both of P.O. Box 84613–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0325 hectare or thereabouts, known as Subdivision No. 1961/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 14796/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
