REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Javerson Macharia, (2) Christine Gacharu, (3) Charles Kaguora Gacharu, (4) George Ngure Gacharu, (5) Andrew Gacharu Njeri and (6) Esther Wanjiru Njeri, all of P.O. Box 18481– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor in lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 76/413 (Orig. No. 76/381/27, situate in the south east of Kiambu Township in Kiambu District, by virtue of a conveyance registered as volume N 64 folio 413 file 20760, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
