REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mellaphen Limited, of P.O. Box 21976–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessees of all the entire Block F erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. 12715/552, situate in the north west of Athi River in, Mavoko Township in the Machakos District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 172450/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
