NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd August, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1053 in Volume D1, Folio 361/3649, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Vicant Okoth, of P.O. Box 1898–40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Frederick Okoth Onyango, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Frederick Okoth Onyango, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Vicant Okoth, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Vicant Okoth only.
