NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 69, in Volume DI, Folio 814/1535, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Abdi Hassan Ali, of P.O. Box 242–70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdi Haji Ali Hassan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdi Haji Ali Hassan and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdi Hassan Ali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdi Hassan Ali only.
