NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 68, in Volume DI, Folio 61/632, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Adan Muhumed Jire, of P.O. Box 242–70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Adan Yunis Sheikh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Adan Yunis Sheikh and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Adan Muhumed Jire, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Adan Muhumed Jire only.
