NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBX 106T, Canter, to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Arbo Wonderful Family Production Limited, situate in Rongai area of Kajiado County, within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice upon payment of KSh. 683,116.20 repair costs, storage charges and legal costs, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty after the requisite gazette notice.
