GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3116

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and several notices given to the owner to take delivery, notice of intention to sell is given to Raymond H. Chisholm, the owner of container No.WSCU 798068, holding household effects which has accrued storage charges of USD 175,593.18, Raymond H. Chisholm has failed to take delivery of the goods stored at the premises of Global Freight Logistics Limited situated at Markfirst House along Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and of P.O. Box 45787–00100, Nairobi. That the said Global Freight Logistics Limited, did serve a notice to take up delivery dated the 8th November, 2022 and intends to sell the said container number WSCU 798068 holding household effects either by public auction or private treaty, to recover the outstanding amount of USD 175,593.18, without further notice to the owner within fourteen (14) days from the publication of this notice and the proceeds of such sale shall be defrayed against all accrued storage charges and incidental costs including costs of publishing the notices and the balance, if any, shall be at the owner’s credit but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereto.
