PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of vehicle reg. No. KAZ 369T, Ssanyong to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. From Frankfurt Auto Parts upon payment of all repair and storage charges together with any other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the vehicle is taken. 1008 1008 Notice is further given that the motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owing should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as herein above stipulated.
