THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kitema Mutiso (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 9.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Masii/Mithini/388, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in succession cause No. 1 ‘B’ of 2014, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Alice Munyiva Mutuku, and whereas the said Alice Munyiva Mutuku has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 to Alice Munyiva Mutuku, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kitema Mutiso (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
