THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mungithya Kyasya Ndengu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 2.3, 0.9 and 9.0 hectares or thereabout, registered as Mutonguni/Kauwi/1008, 1010 and 1454, respectively, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in succession cause No. 42 of 2009, has issued letters of administration to (1) Koki Munyithya Kyasya, (2) Muia Munyithya Kyasya and (3) Kavata Munyithya Kyasya, and whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier to the said Mungithya Kyasya Ndengu (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of said instruments L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Mungithya Kyasya Ndengu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
