REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicodemus Ndegwa Kirungo alias Nicodemus Ngegwa Kirungo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.694 hectares or thereabout, known as Gatarakwa/Gatarakwa Block IV/509, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 165 of 2018, has issued grant of letters intestate to Antony Muchiri Ndegwa, as an administrator and the beneficiary, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in favour of the said Antony Muchiri Ndegwa, as an administrator and the beneficiary, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Nicodemus Ndegwa Kirungo alias Nicodemus Ngegwa Kirungo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
