REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lawrenc Karanja Githitu alias Lawrence Karanja alias Lawrence Karanja Githitu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Juja Kalimoni Block II/392, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kiambu in succession cause No. 128 of 2018 directing the name of Lawrenc Karanja Githitu alias Lawrence Karanja alias Lawrence Karanja Githitu (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of Janet Wanjiku Karanja, and whereas the certificate of lease issued earlier to Lawrenc Karanja Githitu alias Lawrence Karanja alias Lawrence Karanja Githitu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instruments L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Lawrenc Karanja Githitu alias Lawrence Karanja alias Lawrence Karanja Githitu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
