GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3044

WHEREAS Benard Owago Odero (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kisumu/Nyalenda “A”/1153, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu, has issued grant letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) James O. Owago, (2) Peter O. Owago and (3) Michael O. Owago and whereas the said administrators have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in favour of (1) James O. Owago, (2) Peter O. Owago and (3) Michael O. Owago, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benta Apiyo Omondi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 10th March, 2023. D.
