REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jepkuto Kimurieny (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Sergoit/Karuna Block 4 (Kiriswa)/11, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Eldoret in succession cause No. 233 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Ambrose Kipchirchir Kirwa, of P.O. Box 1557–30100, Eldoret, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of Ambrose Kipchirchir Kirwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jepkuto Kimurieny (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
