REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sonni Hemendra Varshney (PP/B075035) and (2) Shah Nitin Poonamchand (PP/A1213786), both of P.O. Box 142– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, by virtue of a title deed registered under title No. Eldoret Municipality Block 14/1224, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
