REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Asma Mohamed Abdallah Es-Hag, of P.O. Box 87854–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.0584 hectare or thereabouts on all that piece of land known as Plot No. 12916/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 37044, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
