REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Essak Essa, as administrator of the estate of Aminabai Kara (deceased), of P.O. Box 80916–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1090 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XVII/909, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
