APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (e) of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, appoints– Loice Jemencho Kipkiror (Dr.), Paul Mwaura (Dr.), Amos Andama, Vicky Betty Chepkorir, Charles Kibanani Ngome (Prof.), Sophia Takaria Matura, John Muthusi Kimondiu, to be members of the Board of Directors of the National Environmental Management Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2023.
