THE TOURISM ACT
(No. 28 of 2011)
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 32 (1) (f) of the
Tourism Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the
Interpretations and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for
Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage, appoints–
Victor Shitakha, Janeann Munyao, Alphina Bwaley, David M.Tanki, Jacklyne Cherop Tai, to be members of the Kenya Tourism Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2023. Gazette Notice Nos.
8822 and 9348 of 2022 are revoked.
