APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 (1) (e) of the Konza Technopolis Development Authority Order, 2012, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, appoints– Pacifica Chepkosgei, Philip Nyakwaka Olero, Samuel Kariuki Maina, Bertha Denna, Charles Kilonzo, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Konza Technopolis Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2023. Gazette Notice Nos. 6384 of 2022 and 10674 of 2021 are revoked. Dated the 6th March. 2023. ELIUD OWALO, Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy.
