APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints— Under subsection (e)— Wato Doko, Mercy Cherongis, John Konchellah, Under subsection (ea)— Jane Nyagaturi Mbatia as members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2023.
