APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Local Authorities Provident Fund Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints— 934 934 Under subsection (a)— Patrick Muchoki, Ruth Charity Wanyonyi, Barbara Kawira Japan, Robley Otieno Ngoje, Samwel Kariuki Maina, Christine Kibet, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Local Authorities Provident Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2023.
