Box 586, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zuhura Njeri Njonge, who died at Kawangware, on 8th July, 2005. CAUSE No. E72 OF 2022 By Fatuma Bahsan Ahmed, of P.O. Box 4631-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of lssaq Mohammed Suleyman, who died at Nairobi, on 20th July, 2022. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Adan Mohamed Bonaya and (2) Hadija Adankijiba, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Bonaya Adano, who died at Nairobi, on 28th July, 2022. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2023 By Mohamed Billow Abdullahi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Abdullahi Yussuf, who died at South C, Nairobi, on 15th September, 2017. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2023 By (1) B. M. Suba alias Beautah Mwanza Suba, of P.O. Box 1676, Kakamega in Kenya and (2) Suleiman Ismael Roble, of P.O. Box 29- 70101, Hola in Kenya, the excecutors named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate testste of Said Komora Mohamed alias Major Said Komora Mohamed, who died at Mtopanga Kisauni, on 27th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
