CAUSE No. E35 OF 2023 By Moses Opiyo Okongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Okong'o Oyungu alias Okongo Oyungu, who died on 20th June, 1996. CAUSE No. E36 OF 2023 By (1) Nicodemus Odende Pemba and (2) Evans Odiwuer•Pamba, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Pamba Ogweno alias Okajo Ogweno, who died on 13th July, 2012.
