TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E26 OF 2023 By Caroline Atieno Omondi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omondi Ouko, who died on 23rd March, 1999. CAUSE No. E27 OF 2023 By Miriam Atieno Ayoki, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Omondi Ochieng, who died on 11th February, 2020. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2023 By Sylas Ambetsa Inyambukho, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambetsa Inyambukho, who died on 2nd July, 1971. CAUSE No. E42 OF 2023 By Timothy Ayoti Okaka, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otosio Okaka, who died on 4th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
