TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause No. E93 OF 2022 By James Shinachi Angatia, of P.O. Box 262, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emily Lyaka Angatia, who died at Shikutse, on 22nd April, 2021. CAUSE No. E38 OF 2023 By Moses Wanyonyi Nasongo, of P.O. Box 124, Malaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Soul Luseneka Muchayi alias Saulo Lusanika, who died at Chebwai, on 27th March, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
