TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E60 OF 2022 By Alice Kamuu Muoki, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Kamuu Muoki, who died at Maiyani, on 13th February, 1987. CAuse No. El 1 OF 2023 By Mwangangi Maveke Silu, of P.O. Box 45-90108, Kola in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutethya Mwangangi Silu, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
