TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 46 OF 2023 By Raphael Gwaro Micheka alias Raphael Gwaro Michieka, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michieka Michieka, who died on 1st December, 1984. CAUSE No. E60 OF 2023 By Norah Kemunto Oroo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakundi Oroo, who died at Bomwancha Sub-location, on 13th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
