Box 387, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemitan Maritim, who died on 28th August, 2017. CAUSE No. E256 OF 2022 By Joshua Kiprotich Langat, of P.O. Box 953, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Chesang Bii, who died at Kebeneti, on 10th February, 2022. CAUSE No. E261 OF 2022 By (I) Simon Kipkoros Cheruiyot, (2) David Cheruiyot and (3) Wilson Kipchirchir Cheruiyot, all of P.O. Box 57, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Cheruiyot Langat, who died at Kericho Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
