E6 OF 2022 By Paulina Chepkemoi, of P.O. Box 860-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Malakwen Ngeno, who died at Taiywet, on 28th December, 2015. CAUSE No. E173 OF 2022 By Rusii Chepkemoi Terer, of P.O. Box 9, Kabianga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Beibei, who died on 5th March, 2010. CAUSE No. E178 OF 2022 By Stephen Tirop, of P.O. Box 662, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Tirop Mosonik alias Tirop arap Mosonik, who died at Nyamamithi, on 19th October, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
