TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E69 OF 2023 By Jacob Nyonga Ambasa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enosi Nyunga Ambasa alias Enos Nyonga Ambasa, who died on 26th December, 1992. CAUSE No. E72 OF 2023 By Christopher Ochieng Oure, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abayo Kaiga Kaiga alias Abayo Kaiga, who died on 20th July, 1994. CAUSE No. 92 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Achieng Ochieng, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyalala Ochieng Justus, who died at West Kadem Location, on 10th November, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
