Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kinyili Mulandi, who died at Kitui, on 15th August, 2019. CAUSE No. E358 OF 2022 By (1) Ngotho Muthui Malombe and (2) Dominic Nziu Muthui, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Muthui Malombe, who died at Kitui, on 1st January, 2021. CAUSE No. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Musyimi and (2) Selinah Maua Musyimi, both of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Musyimi Kitaa, who died at Mutulu Sub-location, on 8th July, 2020. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2023 By Josphat Nzau Muli, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Munguti alias Muli Munguti Mukinyi, who died at Mutulu Sub-location, on 5th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
