TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2023 By Terry Ann Wanjiru Mwaura, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Wanjiku Mwaura, who died at Nairobi Women's Hospital in Kenya, on 29th April, 2021. CAUSE No. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Njeri Kiiru and (2) Serah Muthoni Kiiru, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Kiiru Kinyanjui, who died on 29th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
