TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E139 OF 2023 By Esther Wakonyo Githure, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githure Karigo, who died at Rurii Sub-location, on 9th November, 2008. CAUSE No. E157 OF 2023 By (1) Irungu Mwangi and (2) Peter Macharia Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waithira Kahiu, who died at Iyego Location in 1966. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
