TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E157 of 2023 By Rosemary Wambui Njogu, of P.O. Box 229-00520, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njogu Njoroge, who died at RFH Specialist, on 10th April, 2021. CAusE No. E159 of 2023 By Mary Mbere Murimi and (2) Alice Wanjiku Githua, both of P.O. Box 896-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's sisters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Maara, who died at Dandora, on 27th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
